Are we aiming for the wrong thing?
We're out here chasing a place of consistent ease and flow…but is there truly such a place that stays consistent inside this human experience?
I think there absolutely is but it is a matter of a change in energetic perspective and that is an skill and art to embody, fullly.
I think we get fed this carrot of "when I get there I'll feel better" or "when I move there" or "when I meet that person” or “when I earn x amount of money, things will finally feel different"… but they never truly do. Because the thing that actually needs to change lives inside us. It is from our internal landscape that we create our external reality. It’s the energy from within.
And even when we do ALL that inner work… things still ebb and flow. There is no such thing as being human and having everything feel smooth all the time.
It feels good for a while. You're in flow, on purpose, life feels what we call "good." And then the waters get choppy again. Things feel hard, nothing seems to work, and you wonder what happened.
In Kabbalah they teach that we move through these ebbs so that we can build a vessel (our body & soul) to be able to let more light in and actually hold it. That if we can stay in complete certainty during the harder times, fully trusting that we are moving through it for a reason without becoming reactive, that is exactly where we expand. That is where more light enters.
The lows are not something going wrong. They are part of the expansion. And it is how we choose to show up in the lows that creates the highs.
The goal was never permanent ease. The goal is learning to trust the full cycle🫶🏼✨
Instead of labeling days as “good” and “bad“ can they instead simply be what is?
Big Love,
